I usually visit Florida once or twice a year using my time share facilities and have done so for 15 years. As this was an unplanned vacation no time share facilities were available. I had already arranged flights therefore began browsing on the internet for accomodation. I was very shocked to see the cost of renting all forms of holiday accomodation, so was rather surprised to see Cute and Cosy advertised at a rental of £300 per week, not per person but for the villa. I immediately booked it for two weeks. Although there was only myself and grandson, this was money well spent. We had a lovely time in a lovely home, in a lovely environment. A little gem! Peaceful but in the midst of all the action. We visited Clearwater & Tarpen springs on the West coast & Lake County - Clermont, Howey in the Hills & Mt Dora (beautiful area). ate at various , Bob Evans, Cracker barrel great food excellent value"
"We were a little sceptical that we would enjoy staying at a house costing just £300 a week rather than one costing £450 (as in previoius years) but we were highly delighted with what we found! The property is situated in a very quite part of the estate but very close to a swimming pool (100 yards). It was equipped to a very high standard with more than enough sheets, towels, crockery, cutlery etc., etc. It is spacious and easily big enough for our family of 4 (two adults plus two sons of 11 and 16). They certainly made use of the DVD players and PS2. Access to Universal, Disney or (our preferred theme park) Busch Gardens via the I4 was very easy and quick. Several shopping areas are close by including supermarkets, pharmacies and take-away pizzarias. We were evacuated from the Keys before Hurricane Wilma struck and a call to Andrea and Paul enabled us to gain access to the house before we were originally due. Full marks on that score!! On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would have no hesitation in re-visiting the property or recommending it to others." Jeremy Oct 2005.
