When you know the dates that you wish to book, please find out availability first by contacting ourselves.
We will then ask you to fill out a booking form which can now be printed from this site and send it by post to our home address in the UK. At this time we will also request your non refundable deposit as advised and a temporary booking will be made, however this will only be kept available for two weeks from booking request after which time the dates will become available again if the deposit is not received.
On receipt of the deposit a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated Email address.
Final payment must be received 8 weeks prior to occupation of the property. A damage deposit must be included with your final payment the amount will be advised at the time of booking. This is refundable once the management company have checked the property and confirmed no further charges.
